Join us on Sat. 3/11/23 at Lake of the Forest in an effort to raise funds for Happy Hearts of Bonner Springs. They're a non-profit program that services adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. HHW assists them with securing job and volunteer opportunities\, along with programs designed for life skills and social skills development. Their overall goal is to offer experience in real-life situations. \n\n\n\nWhat is a Penguin Plunge\, and how can you get involved? \n\n\n\nTAKE THE PLUNGE: Register to take the Plunge! Get sponsored by friends\, family\, co-workers\, your employer\, etc. to dash into the lake! Yes\, you read that right. You will seek sponsorships leading up to the event by asking individuals what they will commit to your jump. This can be any amount for any budget! Donors have a few options to submit their donations. Donate online & include the Plunge-er name in the notes section at https://www.happyheartsworking.org/checkout/donate?donatePageId=59b18ff4f9a61e8350a8a449 or by writing a check to Happy Hearts Working or Venmo @HappyHearts-Working - Ask them to include your name in the description\n\n\n\nSPONSOR A PLUNGE: Know someone adventurous? Watch the Plunge\, meet the Happy Hearts staff and associates\, and most importantly\, have fun! There will be opportunities to make direct donations and make purchases that support HHW.\n\n\n\nMAKE A DIRECT DONATION: Can't make the event? Don't have anyone to sponsor? Donate to Happy Hearts!
